Every Friday we gather together as an agency to celebrate the delights of a culinary nation. This week we will be sampling a traditional meal from the Caribbean.

Caribbean Themed Lunch 

Meat Option:

Traditional Jamaican Jerk Chicken served with

rice & peas w/ coconut with spiced greens & occra

*Mixed greens & occra are spiced with chilli & garlic.

Vegetarian Option:

Breaded Aubergine & Cheese fritters w/pimento salsa served with

rice & peas w/ coconut with spiced greens & occra
