RBR worked with the David Adams Leukaemia Appeal Fund, who are celebrating their 27th year, to host a special Afternoon Tea event at BAFTA 195 and an international Givergy auction of bespoke teddy bears to raise money for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. RBR supported with PR, social media and overall strategy to help raise awareness of the event and the charity, as well as helping with event planning and celebrity outreach.

More than thirty international celebrities, including Imelda Staunton, Dame Darcey Bussell and Dame Emma Thompson endorsed teddy bears to be specially handcrafted by volunteers, with a particular costume designed to reflect the celebrity’s most famous attire. There was Daniel Radcliffe’s Harry Potter character, Jim Carter as Mr Carson in Downton Abbey and Pete Townsend from The Who to name a few.

The David Adams Leukaemia Teddy Tea Party Auction has raised an incredible total of £16,368! We are very pleased to have been a part of this project; congratulations to all involved!
