Red Brick Road is an integrated advertising agency in London’s Clerkenwell. Our unique team of brand, digital, data, social and PR specialists means we deliver unique creative solutions for our clients.
Our agency spirit is that we go Above&Beyond.
This spirit represents a threefold commitment to our clients, our people and what we do outside of the day job.
To our clients, it means an approach whereby we continually seek ways to over-deliver and create incremental value; to go above expectations and to go beyond the brief. It means we’re firmly results-oriented, ever looking to optimise and improve effectiveness. It means we interrogate even the smallest briefs to see if there’s more we can do to address the bigger business problem that may be at play. All in close collaboration with our clients and firmly in a spirit of partnership.
To our people, it means investing in their training and development to give them all the tools to be the best that they can be… and also the happiest. From a career perspective, we tailor our training course provision so that it’s optimised to the needs of each employee to help them develop their skills. As a collective, we gather every fortnight to listen to, and question, an external speaker for our ‘Well Red’ sessions which are curated to keep us informed and inspired. One fortnight it might be Twitter or Google, the next a pioneering production outfit, and the following perhaps an industry legend kindly dispensing what they’ve learned from their years in the business. It’s deliberately varied, always stimulating.
For broader personal development we have a number of other internal initiatives too, including a personalised well-being scheme, and an annual creative bursary per employee.
And we know how to go the extra mile on the social front too. Every Friday the entire agency gathers for breakfast, lunch or drinks. We also throw rather fantastic summer and Christmas parties.
And what about everyone else? Well, the Above&Beyond spirit is also applied to great causes. We’re committed to supporting young people faced with difficulties through our creativity, to give them the best start in life. To date, we have worked with Whizz-Kidz and Ambitious About Autism, as well as Asylum Aid.
For Whizz-Kidz we developed a television and cinema advert as well as numerous pieces of DM, London 2012 Olympic outdoor and digital banners. We continue to raise a significant amount of money for Ambitious About Autism through numerous initiatives including a daily Tuck Shop and team half marathons. And for Asylum Aid, we continue to help them fight for justice for asylum seekers, launching a hard-hitting DM campaign and, most recently, ‘The Hardest Would You Rather Quiz in the World’.
