Red Brick Road appoints Two Non-Executive Directors to drive growth
Red Brick Road announces today that it has appointed its first Non-Executive Directors. Working alongside the agency’s four owners, Bobi Carley and David Watson will advise on growth strategies as well as take an active role in broadening the agency’s proposition.
David Miller, Red Brick Road’s CEO commented “We think that the best creative agencies are always under construction – constantly challenging themselves and changing themselves. Bobi Carley served as the UK Commercial Director of The Walt Disney Company from 2010 to 2017 where she was responsible for accelerating commercial growth across all platforms. She has extensive Marketing, Media and Commercial partnership experience. At Disney, she led several high profile partnerships with brands such as O2, Sky, Unilever and Compare The Market.
She previously held a number of senior positions in a ten-year career at Viacom where she was most recently Head of Kids and Families for MTV Networks Europe and, prior to that, Head of Third Party channels. She started her career at Sky Media in 1993. From her experience at Sky, Viacom and Disney Bobi is known as a Kids and Families Industry expert and has spoken on many panels over the years on the subject.

David Watson’s career in London includes 6 years at Ogilvy & Mather Direct (5 years on the management board). From there David was one of the founders and CEO of Craik Jones Watson Mitchell Voelkel. The agency became one of direct marketing’s most highly awarded creative agencies and was acquired by AMVBBDO in 1998.
In 2008 David went on to be one of the founders of The Brooklyn Brothers in London. The agency was acquired by Interpublic in 2016 and David left the business the same year.

The agency’s management team comprises David Miller (CEO), Ben Mitchell (Head of Strategy), Matt Davis (Executive Creative Director) and Richard Megson (Executive Creative Director). Bobi Carley and David Watson are Non-Executive Directors.
