In the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic, Red Brick Road were briefed to develop a new engagement CRM programme for Hilton Honors which allowed Hilton to speak to its most loyal customer base at a time where they were unable to push heads on beds. Hilton Unlocked allows Hilton Honors customers an opportunity to discover the secrets of Hilton and gain access to the inner workings of the brand like never before. From exclusive recipes to Hilton chefs, to the first look at new hotel opening and exclusive Honors only deals, Hilton Unlocked has allowed Hilton to connect with their most loyal customer in a way they haven’t before.

The programme has been so successful that it has been rolled out across the whole of EMEA and the frequency of emails doubled from monthly to bi-monthly.
