Our CPD programme stands apart for its creativity, inclusivity, and commercial focus. Over the past year, we’ve embedded learning into the core of our agency culture. From regular peer-to-peer sessions like ‘Well Fed’ and ‘Well Red’, to work exploring how AI can fuel growth, we’ve ensured that development opportunities are both accessible and impactful for every Roadie.

A total of 995 hours of learning against 606 required hours for the year. Nearly double the amount of required hours.
The judges praised our senior leadership for their hands-on involvement, the strategic clarity of our development goals, and our innovative approach to capturing and applying learning. They described the submission as ‘a vibrant, well-evidenced’ example of how CPD can be a genuine driver of commercial growth.

While we’re proud of what we’ve achieved, we’re not standing still. In 2025, we’re focusing on deepening the impact of our learning through even greater attention to effectiveness. That means increasing the uptake of strategic qualifications, improving how we measure cultural and commercial outcomes, and evolving our induction and appraisal processes to stay fresh and impactful.
