Creams Cafe: Giant ‘Goo-bakes’

To celebrate Creams Cafe’s “goo-bake” range – freshly made cookies with a heat-activated molten centre – we launched a nationwide campaign offering free gender reveal parties in its cafes.

Tapping into a growing cultural trend of gender reveal parties, the initiative offered bookable parties and served up ‘Giant Goo Bakes’ which when cut open, oozed out either pink or blue sauce, to reveal the sex of the baby to expecting parents, family, and friends.

The campaign, which ties into the brand proposition that Creams is the ‘sweet glue that brings everyone together’, was a hit across PR, social and owned channels, landing over 200 peices of coverage including The Guardian and Daily Express.
