Post Office: Turning Complexity into Connection

As Post Office’s creative content agency we support a wide range of business and public service objectives through social-first content and influencer-led campaigns. This relationship spans multiple campaigns, audiences and service areas, reflecting our ability to consistently deliver high-quality, compliant and effective work at scale.

Recent examples include Life Masters, where we activated around Freshers’ Week with on-the-ground content capture and student influencer partnerships, supporting young people as they entered independent adulthood. For Muscle to Your Hustle, we created social-native paid content that simplified complex delivery choices for online sellers on platforms such as Vinted, driving preference for Post Office-supported services.

For EasyID, we produced demo-led video content and influencer storytelling to make a technical digital identity product feel intuitive, relatable and useful in everyday life. And for Cash Kickstarters, delivered in partnership with non-profit Unloc, we used creator-led content and workshop promotion to equip 13 to 18 year olds with essential money management and career skills, with a focus on improving social mobility.

Together, these projects reflect the breadth of our partnership with Post Office and our ability to translate complex services, policies and programmes into engaging, platform-native social content.
